  1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship within Australia, including all states and territories. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

  2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We exclusively use Australia Post for shipping our children's books. The estimated delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Australia (may vary depending on the destination). Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are a flat rate. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process before completing your purchase. We strive to provide competitive and fair shipping rates for our customers.

  4. Order Processing and Tracking: Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days. Once your package is handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website.

  5. Packaging and Protection: We take utmost care in packaging our children's books to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each book is carefully wrapped and protected using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

  6. Order Issues and Support: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as non-delivery, damaged items, or any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are committed to resolving any shipping-related issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases. It's important to understand that once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control what happens during transit.
